Customers use credit cards for making payments online. It is considered to be one of the major disadvantages of E-Commerce. Most of the people deny revealing their Credit Card Number due to security and privacy issues. Hacking is one of the reasons why customers do not want to provide their Credit Card Number and avoid doing shopping online. Customers directly interact with the shopkeeper or merchant while doing conventional shopping. E-Commerce does not support this.
