Basic Tips When Applying Fungicides

There are some basic tips you should follow when using captan fungicide to treat your plants. First of all, this product is good for use on fruits, vegetables, grass and ornamental plants. It is a treatment for controlling seed rot and mold problems. One thing to note, this product is toxic to fish, so do not apply to flowers or plants in a fish pond of any sort. This product is made to be mixed with water and sprayed on plants. However, you should always wear gloves and wash all clothes after utilizing this product. When applying, make sure the wind is to your back.
