Engagement Ring Costs

During the early twentieth century, a campaign to increase diamond sales was implemented. In these ads, it was suggested that a man should spend at least two months income on an engagement ring for his future bride. While this may have prompted some, it may have prevented others from proposing at all. Rings of all types including engagement have a wide range of cost. They can include a gemstone or be a lovely, plain band. The stones can be authentic or cubic zirconia causing a wide varying in price. There is always a ring for every taste and pocketbook, regardless of what ones monthly income may be.
