Help With Finding My New Home

I have tried house hunting on my own. I have done the open house tours on weekends and while those are fun, they are very time consuming and can take an entire day just to see three or four houses that really are not what I am looking for. I need to focus my search to save time and see only the places that fit my criteria. For that I am getting a new tampa realtor who can lead me exactly to the properties that are within my budget and space requirements. This will streamline my search and give me the results I want.
