Hosting a Comedy Night

We would really like to host a comedy night, but we are not sure whether or not we have the budget to do this. In order to figure out whether or not it is possible we need to see how much it costs to hire comedians. Of course we could always have an amateur night and let people give their act a try, but that might not result in as many laughs. Regardless, I need to find out all the details on what this would cost before we can make any decisions. Hopefully we will be able to come up with a workable budget.
