Relationships are like a car ride

You have heard the saying, if you truly love someone let them go.  Well if they trully love you and want to be with you, they will come back. It is not enough to love someone.  You can not love someone for both you and them.  You want to know how to get your ex back?  Just remember that a healthy relationship is one where both parties want to be with each other and they are prepared to work at the relationship to make it work.  A relationship is like a car.  Imagine two people getting in a car and one wants to go forward and the other wants to go backward.  If both are not on the same page and willing to work together on the common goal of going in a particular direction, one of the two passengers will have to get out.
