A Part Time Job For My Son

My son just turned seventeen years old and he has really wanted to get a part time job. He got a job at a local restaurant and he is in charge of running the warewashing machine. He will work nights and weekends and he is really excited about it. He is saving up his money for a car and hopes to be able to get one soon. I am proud of him for stepping up and for going after what he wants. He is a bright kid and I told him that he must keep his grades up in order to keep this job.
