My Friend Who Works For ATtitle Company

I have a friend who works for park city title company. I really had no idea what a title company does, having rented my whole life, so I decided to ask him if he would give me the run down on what he actually does. He had me come in to his office so he could show me first hand what a title company does. He handles the titles for properties and helps people combine their mortgage, home owners insurance and taxes into just one payment. This makes it more convenient for the person who is purchasing a home and doesn’t want to have to worry about coming up with property taxes at the end of the year.
