Eat right

Exercising is not the start and end of How to increase vertical leap. There is more to it that just the exercising and this ‘more’ part includes the eating habits you have. No matter how hard you work out, if you are not eating right, you will not be able to get the perfect vertical you are willing to achieve. To suit the exercises you do, eat food rich in protein and low on calories. Junk food is a major No. Eat right and work out regularly. These are the two things that will take you far ahead on the field and in the game.
