In Appreciation
May 23rd, 2010
My neighbor owns his own business and each year he celebrates with his employees buy giving them thank you gifts in appreciation for their hard work. He said the ones that work best for him are plaques or gifts of cash. Some times he will make a competition out of a special project and reward them with a special grand prize like a weekend get away or a gift card. No matter what, he does not leave any body out. He says that the recognition is what has helped to grow his business so quickly. He says a kind word does not cost much.
