Evolution

Lots of people struggle with the issue of evolution vs. religion. Having mormon doctrine in my life makes it not such a big issue for me personally. I recognize that evolution is a true principle, which has been thoroughly proven by science. I also believe the mormon doctrine, however, that God created the earth and that He created man and woman in His own image, placed them in the Garden of Eden, and that Adam and Eve were the father and mother of the human race. I may not understand how these two teachings co-exist, but I have faith that they do and that I will understand how someday.
