My sister started bought a hair salon about six months ago. She always wanted to venture out on her own and become a true business owner. Her business has really taken off and she has a full staff of beauty experts. I am so proud of her and happy that she never gave up on her dream. She mentioned to me that she is having a hard time keeping track of all her customers. I told her she should look into hosted CRM software. I told her that it improves customer relationship management and she will love the way it organizes everything.
